About Dr. Ashley

Dr. Ashley Liew Wei Yen is the Senior Associate at Family Health Chiropractic Clinic, bringing a compassionate and thorough approach to patient care. He graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic (South Carolina, USA) with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, achieving Summa Cum Laude honours. He also holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Cum Laude) from Singapore Management University.

Dr. Liew was awarded the 2014 Outstanding Student of the Year at Sherman College for his strong academic standing, athletic pursuits, and leadership as Athletic Club President. He completed all four parts of the National Board of Chiropractic Examinations in the USA, scoring the highest individual score within his college on five different sections.

Dr. Liew is the current President of The Chiropractic Association (Singapore). He was awarded "Intern of the Month" in August 2016 for his high number of outpatient visits, quality service, patient management skills, and training of junior interns.

He is trained to provide gentle and specific chiropractic care to babies, infants, and children, and is certified in the Webster Technique by the ICPA for pregnancy chiropractic care. Notably, Dr. Liew is the only FAKTR-Certified provider in Singapore (Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab) — a qualification especially valuable for athletes recovering from injury.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Liew is an accomplished competitive runner. He is a Team Singapore marathoner, having represented Singapore at the 2013 and 2015 Southeast Asian Games, and was ranked the fastest Singaporean marathoner in both 2012 and 2015. He also enjoys music — singing, guitar, and piano.
